Karma & How I Deal

Do unto others right?

How many times have you been preached this message growing up?

You would like to think that everyone lives this way as a result of this mantra but a lot of people don’t.  We have all encountered an individual like this at one point in our lives.  They tend to always have their best interest at heart and will do whatever it takes to achieve it no matter how many people they may funk over in the process.

I have encountered people like this in my life that have done me wrong and it took everything in me to take it as a lesson and move on rather then wish bad fortune upon them.   I believe that that is a test that everyone will have to face at some point in his or her life.   If you can take the bad with the good and not be vengeful, it proves that you are a strong individual.

Everyone isn’t perfect.  Before I get slapped with the hypocrite title I will admit that I have not been a stellar individual all my life. I have done some things that I would never want revealed.

Ever.

We won’t get into that though.

After several bouts with karma I try to live my life in a way that will bring forth good fortune.  I guess you could say that I am trying to reverse some things that I have done in the past.  It is also a lot easier to walk around with a clear conscience rather than being paranoid all the time. I am definitely a believer that you get what you put out into the universe.  If you are performing good acts with good intentions then you will more then likely live a peaceful life, however if you are deceitful it is only a matter of time before karma bites you back in the ass.

Don’t get me wrong though, the fact that you are a saint doesn’t excuse you from misfortune nor does it mean that your life will be stress free.  Bad things do happen to good people but God will never give you more than you can handle.

Everyone will be dealt their fair share of trials and tribulations; the true test is how you deal with it.
